Plain's Inn Extended-Stay Accommodations are intended for guests who need affordable, comfortable long-term housing. At Plain’s Inn, we reserve several rooms dedicated to travelers who need accommodations for a week or longer. Plain’s Inn caters to the needs of long-term guests by providing fully-furnished rooms with special extended-stay amenities and services to help make their stay more comfortable including:- Discounted weekly and monthly rates
- a full-furnished community kitchen – stove, oven, microwave, pots/pans, eating utensils, dishes and cups
- Executive suites with fully-furnished kitchenettes (stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, pots/pans, dishes and eating
utensils)
- Free laundry facilities
- In-room coffee machines and refrigerators
- Customizable rooms where guests can choose to have a sofa bed or a recliner, or a table and chairs or desk

Corporate Guests
Are you a corporation that needs to reserve multiple long-term housing? Plain’s Inn can accommodate your employees with an economical and comfortable home-away-from-home. Contact the Plain’s Inn office during office hours to check availability. Ask about the convenient automated direct payment that you can control from your home office, thus, eliminating the payment hassle from your employees. If you prefer, we also provide the option at check in to prepay the full reservation amount. By enrolling in the Direct Deposit and Prepaid Program, Plain’s Inn will not need a direct deposit or a lease agreement.
Direct Prepaid Program:
This program is a prepaid form of our direct bill service. To create this account, you may prepay for rooms with a credit card or company check. To begin this process, contact the Plain’s Inn office manager at 877.875.5353.
Direct Bill Account:
Direct billing requires a minimum of two or more rooms for four or more weeks and a satisfactory credit rating. You may begin the direct bill process by contacting the Plain’s Inn office manager at 877.875.5353.
Reserving an extended- stay room
To reserve an extended-stay room, contact the Plain’s Inn office during office hours (8AM – 5PM central) at 877.875.5353. Plain’s Inn does not require a lease agreement, down payment or a security deposit. Rooms can be rented by the week or by the month. Payments must be made via credit card. Plain’s Inn enables guests to prepay or pay by week or month. An automated direct credit card payment option is also available.

Custom Suite (one queen bed- 3 person max) - $42.71 per night/Week
Custom Suite Plus(two queen beds – 5 person max) - $45.57 per night/Week
Executive Suite (one queen bed, kitchenette, 3-person max) - $70.00 per night/Week
Executive Suite Plus(two queen bed, kitchenette, 5-person max) - $75.00 per night/Week

Custom Suite (one queen bed- 3 person max) - $36.66 per night/Month
Custom Suite Plus(two queen beds – 5 person max) - $39.33 per night/Month
